Tahoe 8316/8332 - RS-232 Port Servers
The Tahoe 8316 and Tahoe 8332 devices allow remote
management of network or similar equipment. They provide 16 or 32
independent RS-232 ports, respectively. The device can be accessed using
telnet and secure shell (SSH) - the user connects to the port
server over the network and then connects to selected port.

Each port may be assigned to a different user and all users can use their
assigned ports simultaneously, which is useful in data centers where each
managed network device may belong to a different customer.
